room is Big siz and living room entered from it's hallway and the whole flat is always airy & bright & sunny all year through.
A very big, bright and specious living room, that can make a study room within, with a nice & high ceiling, a huge three bay windows and a little charming balcony at the street side.
The kitchen is really lovely, bright and fully tiled including floor.
A nice hallway with own side windows and four steps down to the bathroom and lastly bedroom.
The bathroom is kind of small-ish but a very cosy one and is also fully tiled including floor.
The bedroom is at the very back that has unrestricted and beautiful view all over others lovely neighbouring designer gardens.
Truly lovely bright sunny local social flat that is really easy maintenance and just under £105pw with no service charges at all. The road is a very up-market and this particular area is truly fab - a very residential but all around on the door step literally - have a look at the map to see it.
Would love to stay in an immediate area and ideally on the 10 floor flat in house conversion but will compromise for the right flat.Free car Park
