BSMNT offers purpose built and professionally soundproofed long term let music and media production studios for producers, artists, songwriters and programmers.

Based in a basement of an old, listed building, used as a World War Two bomb shelter, Archway BSMNT opened in 2016. It contains nine purpose-built and professionally soundproofed music production and programming suites. Our studios in Archway benefit from fiber-optic broadband, monitored CCTV and fresh air circulation system throughout the premises, indoor kitchen-lounge, and private outdoor terrace. Rooms, varying in shape and size, from 110sq ft to 230sq ft, are offered for long term lets. It is located just off the high-street, therefore you will find a number of coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs within 2 minutes walk.
