I have a penthouse apartment, only 3 floors high I'm on the 3rd. I have a private very large rooftop garden with an almost perfect 360 view of the whole of Glasgow city. Perfect for garden parties, relaxing, summer dinners, and amazing for star gazing.

I am in the heart of Glasgow New Gorbals area which is one of the safest and best communities in Glasgow. This is a secure tenancy. Rent £500 a month. The housing association is brilliant at responding to any repairs etc. The community holds brilliant and fun family and community seasonal activities such as summer and Easter fairs, halloween parties at the local hall.
I'm just a short 10 minute walk into the town center . But we have everything in our community that we need such as 2 local primary school, doctors, chemists, butcher, Greggs outlet, salon, library, dentist, police station, subway, deli and coop. Plus a big retail park a short 5 minute walk, with Aldi, food warehouse, b&m, Poundland and Costa.

2 large double bedrooms, with built in wardrobes. Spiral staircase in living room to access the roof garden. Open plan kitchen and living room but there is sliding doors to close kitchen off. Beautiful balcony in the living room, perfect for leaving doors open on hot summer days and nights. big windows lots of light and I get sunshine all day long.

I love my home, and I would only ever consider moving for the right property. I would like to move to England as my kids are getting older and they will be going to university in England and id prefer to be closer to them.

I'm open to most areas in England, just not Manchester or Liverpool. Ideally not to far from London but I'm open to other areas.

I don't have a specific date when I'd move, as I need to find the right property to swap with and then we can discuss time frames.
