description	My wife and I are looking for a rural detached house to rent with a fairly large garden. We are currently renting a property where we have lived for over 3 and half years, the landlord is considering selling the house so we are eager to find a property to rent long term. We are happy to rent somewhere that is quite basic internally, it is more important to us that we have the space outside for our animals and to grow vegetables. I could undertake some renovation work to the property if required as I used to work in the building trade. We are a quiet couple , Ben (40) and Sarah (48) We enjoy Cookery, gardening, photography and country walks with our dogs. We do not have any children. We have 3 very well behaved mature dogs who are calm around livestock and horses. We also have 3 cats, 2 ducks, 2 geese and a small flock of chickens. We can provide references and a guarantor if required.
