Wanted in the new Yr, someone who will except the housing benefit for a while as I'm just recovering from health issues, I claim the pop and uc, till at least 2026, I'm fine with topping up rent, ideally bills included but not essential, I'd like something where I have cooking facilities, fine with shared kitchen ect.. A clean place for me to call home, I'm female, king, caring, polite, like to socialise, I'm currently in plymouth way in Devon, and wanting to be near family as I'm out here by myself..
I currently live in a 2bd house, and rent one ov the rooms, I can get a reference from this landlord, and deposit also...
I'm very clean and tidy and will definitely look after the new place..
The kind of areas prefered are truro, Camborne Redruth St Austell Newquay
Up to £600-700pcm
