Dear potential Landlord

I am currently on the lookout for a charming abode to call my own in Wimbledon or its nearby vicinity. As a girl in her late thirties, I bring with me a sense of responsibility, tidiness, and a friendly demeanour that could very well be the missing piece to your rental puzzle.

About Me:
Lifestyle: Picture a quiet and respectful lifestyle.
Availability: Move-in dates? No problem. I am flexible.

What I am Looking for:
- An ideally furnished room (because who doesn't love a cosy nook to unwind in?).
- Access to shared spaces like a kitchen and bathroom (because, let’s face it, we all need our creature comforts).
- Reliable Wi-Fi/internet access (because Netflix and Zoom calls are the backbone of modern civilisation).
- A serene sanctuary where I can kick back after a day's work.

Housemate Preferences:
While my preference leans towards sharing with fellow females, I’m open to exploring various living arrangements.

In exchange, I offer:

1) kind and courteous behaviour to landlords, the neighbours, everyone - just a nice person.
2) I love the place and rest assured that it will be treated like a home.
3) to me here's the kicker - on top of all these awesome traits, I always pay prior to the rent is due.
