Local Amenities: Bus stop, many shops, Doctors' surgery, Chemist, Primrose Hill Primary school is 200 metres away, a couple of really nice Pubs and cafes nearby.
Features include Gas Central heating, Parking Permit onstreet, very close to Regents Park, Camden and of course beautiful Primrose Hill itself. This is as you will no doubt know one of the best places to live in London. We are looking for a two bed (preferably with a garden if possible), quiet street, quiet neighbours, must be in a very good area in easy walking distance of a tube - NO Estates or Hi-Rise sorry.
MUST be in Zone 1 or 2.
We don't have a garden but we are two mins walk from two of the most fabulous Royal Parks in London - Primrose Hill and the fabulous Regents Park. We also have a communal roof terrace that nobody uses.
We have a decent size lounge with two big windows, high ceilings throughout the flat, A decent size double-size bedroom, and a nice single-size bedroom. The kitchen is a decent size but won't fit a table in it, the bathroom is of an ok size with bath (Electric shower is fitted over bath too) Gas Central Heating too. We are on the 1st floor, it's basically a Victorian Terrace that was all split into flats in the early 1970s.
It is a Housing Association Flat with RTA.
We have a secure tenancy.
Flat was decorated throughout 5 years ago.
It's all about the area really - Primrose Hill is gorgeous.
Nearest areas (all walkable) are St.Johns Wood, Maida Vale, Swiss Cottage, Belsize Park and of course Camden.
Our rent is only £175 a week.
There are quite a few nice shops in the village nearby. Post Office, Library, cafe's etc.
Ten minute walk along the canal to Camden Market.
Nearest bus stop is about three mins walk (274 route).
Nearest Tube is Chalk Farm (Northern Line) ten minute walk (max)
There is a fabulous walk thru Regents Park to Great Portland St Tube too.
You pass many trees and flower gardens and fountains etc.
We live on a wide, beautiful, quiet street with nice neighbours.
You can pretty often walk right up the middle of the road if the fancy takes you - not many places in London you can do that...
