This three-bedroom holiday home occupies a prime position on the newly completed Paradise Gardens IV complex – a prestigious development of privately-owned villas and apartments, built in traditional Cypriot style by the award-winning Leptos Estates, and set within beautiful, landscaped gardens.

It’s located in the Kato Paphos area of Paphos in close proximity to the Annabelle 5* hotel and the Alexander the Great 4* hotel. As many of our previous guests have mentioned, the position of the villa is absolutely perfect. It’s in a quiet and peaceful location overlooking the pool with open fields beyond, yet only a 10-minute walk to the tourist area of Kato Paphos where there is a huge choice of restaurants, bars and nightlife. There’s also a mini market for all your basic provisions and a restaurant just a 2-minute walk away.

The nearest airport is Paphos Airport, which is only 15km (9 miles) from the villa and the journey from the airport to the villa takes less than 20 minutes. Larnaca Airport is approximately 142km (88 miles) away and the transfer time is about an hour and a half. Getting to the villa from the airport is simple and straightforward. You can hire a car or pick up a taxi from the airport. Driving in Cyprus is on the left-hand side as in the UK and detailed driving instructions and maps will be provided. Our property manager in Paphos will be on hand in case you have any problems or questions during your stay.
