Hi,

I have a newly decorated one bedroom flat

Reason for wanting to swap is i prefer ground or 1st floor. Nothing wrong with the flat, it is immaculate and rooms are big, all separate except kitchen which is squared shape.

It is a newly decorated flat with carpet on almost 2nd floor and housing association.

The flat postcode is W12 7BN, close to Westfield and White City station. 228 bus is within walking distance.

I am looking for a swap on the ground or first floor open to areas but not far from current property
