As my lease has now come to an end, I have up for sale my business on quite a busy main road (Walmersley) this is directly on a crossing with plenty of foot traffic. There has been a lot of money put into this which I have left a quick breakdown for below. A new lease is to be agreed with the landlord which I can put you into contact with.

Basement was once a muddy floor. All cleaned, sealed. Levelled and concreted over 400.
New lighting system in the basement - £500
Premises licence. Unfortunately initial change of use of the building for sale of alcohol was declined therefore I had to pay a gentleman to representative at the bury council meeting which cost £500 in total.

I own the rights to the premesis licence which I am more than happy to sign over to you once a sale has been agreed. Rent is between yourselves and the landlord. I will suggest £600 AS A GUIDE PRICE.

This shop previously had a licence to sell fireworks therefore this can be applied for again by the new owner.
