I am looking for similar but idealy a house conversion with private garden/balcony in a v nice area. 2nd bedroom would be amazing as I would love to foster children. Im flexible if it's London or ideally in Surrey. No estates or high rise blocks!
My bedroom and living room are HUGE, with v large windows, so always filled with light and so spacious. Both have had walls and ceilings recently painted white. With original stripped and varnished floorboards in both too.
My kitchen and bathroom have both been recently refurbished and in excellent condition. Full bath with shower. Compact but perfectly functional kitchen.
Recently had a combi boiler installed so get hot water instantly, no need to wait.
Double glazing and gas central heating. V well insulated, so low heating bills. Windows have a security lock, ideal if you want to keep them open but locked in summer.
I also have 2 v large storage spaces.

I'm on the ground floor of a low rise flat (only 3 floors), street facing. Quiet tree lined road, peaceful neighbourhood, private neighbours, I'm on friendly terms with opposite and above me.
Near 3 train and 2 tube stations. Only 5 mins walk to high street with Aldi, Sainsbury, Asda, Tesco, fruit n veg market, lots of cafes, fast food, pubs, Turkish and other restaurants, 2 gyms, 3 parks, gorgeous canal walkway, Tottenham marshes, Tottenham stadium, 2 libraries, schools, College.
A lot of regeneration going on, 2 Costa coffees on High Rd, posh pub, organic cafes. Upcoming area. V ethnically diverse and cosmopolitan. And v safe. Tottenham N17.
I absolutely love my flat, and am so comfortable here. But really want a change of scenery, would love to grow my own food so need my own private garden or balcony. Hence am flexible with area, as long as its safe and pleasant.
