( Rickmansworth, Croxley Green, Mill End, Bushey, Bedmond, Harrow, Abbots Langley, South Oxhey, Abbots or Hemel Hempstead, Pinner or St Albans areas, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden city, Dunstable, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Beds, Bucks, Hertfordshire areas )

I will consider a large 2 bedroom house in the right area.

I have a large 2 bedroom FLAT ( double sized bedrooms ) in Watford, Herts - about a 10 minute walk from Cassiobury park and Watford town centre.
Main bedroom has a massive built in wardrobe, It has a open plan living room / kitchen. Bathroom has both a bath and fitted power shower. Permitted parking, communal gardens, pets allowed, close to all amenities ( shops, hospital, GP surgeries, train station, schools and colleges buses, parks, supermarkets etc )
My property is on the 2nd floor, but the block has a lift as well as stairs
