Rehearsal and music production studios available on rolling monthly hire for bands and producers in Manor House.

Prices start at £357 pcm and go up to £800 pcm depending on size:


X small 1.8 x3.4m £360 pcm
Small 2.2m x 3.4m £460 pcm
Medium 3.4x3.4m £560 pcm
Large 4.6x3.4m £700 pcm
X Large 4.5x4.5m £800 pcm


We take a 1.6 x the monthly hire as a deposit and a one off £60 admin fee. Everything else is covered in the monthly fee.

We offer discounts for studio hire paid in advance and also have space to build any size on the following deals:

6 months in advance - 15% off
12 months in advance - 25% off
36 months in advance - 50% off


Perfect for bands and producers looking to have a sole access space to store gear, write, record and jam. Access between 8am and 11pm

TAM 4 Medium 3.4x3.4m £550 pcm - would suit a music production set up (no drums)
D3 XS 1.8x3.4m - £360 pcm - would suit a music producer / solo rehearsals
D22b - 2.5x4.5m £560 pcm - would suit a music production set up / songwriter / solo rehearsals
