Come and view our brand new private makerspace studios, designed for creatives and located in our North West London space. We're a short walk from Willesden Junction (Bakerloo, Overground lines) and North Acton (Central line) stations.


After opening in July, we're looking for artists, makers, startups, labels and other creatives to join our vibrant community.

* Starting from £574 + VAT per month

Pay a monthly all inclusive bill, no surprise utility payments.
Prices for each unit vary slightly and can be detailed upon request (depending on availability).

At the moment we don't have private parking, public parking is available nearby.
