We have a couple of spaces available in our lovely and friendly studio/office in the Zellig Building at the Custard Factory in Digbeth, Birmingham.

Sharing with 3-4 very nice other people, the space is on the first floor of this great old building, with big windows, heating, lots of natural light, sofa, oven/kettle/fridge/kitchen area, a gnome, safe and secure access, building reception and meeting spaces ... and you even get a desk and chair. Fully accessible lifts/toilets.

Tenants must be lovely, like cake, and the odd chat about obscure jazz.

Rent would be c.£45/week or just £175 per month, including internet/wi-fi, desk, storage, electric/heating/water, building reception with free meeting spaces etc. No long-term tie-in/contract etc. Also potential to pay less and come in for a couple of days a week.

The studio is part of the creative/digital hub centered around the Custard Factory - with plenty of good cafes/bars/overpriced craft beer, shops and interesting things going on.

10 minutes walk from the city centre, Moor Street & New Street stations, and HS2 in 2097.
