Looking for a room, studio or flat / flat share to rent in or around the Central Brighton area.
I'm a 29 year old Swedish guy from Sweden / Scandinavia who's been living in the UK for 11 years, don't mind pets, smokers and am 421 friendly too.
Flexible looking to pay cash or transfer up to 120pw or 500-600 pm depending on the area and condition at day of arrival. Prefer no or low deposit and looking for at least one month rent but may stay for longer if suitability is there.

I'm a open minded pescetarian but don't cook much, been living in London for 5+ years and in Brighton and Hove for 6+ years, generally easy going and respect your privacy. I meditate a lot and spend much time outside with my friends.
I'm also a generally clean, calm guy who likes to have fun and not much of a bad boy but have managed to get myself a probation worker that may want to give my host a call to know where I live, hope that's not an issue.
Have been living in private and shared places and know how it works.
I like to tidy and keep it clean, don't mind if you're a bit messy though.

Also would consider to live in East Sussex around Eastbourne, Worthing, Shoreham, Bognor Regis, Southwick, Hastings, Burgess Hill, Chichester, Crawley, East Grinstead, Leatherhead, Littlehampton too.
