Hi there

- Seeking in Glasgow or surrounding areas (happy to consider further out) as long as there is public transport -

I'm looking for a quiet room/flat/space ASAP. That's the most important thing as the only reason I'm having to move is due to unliveable neighbour noise. My landlord is happy to provide a reference as we have a good relationship. By quiet I mean including no regular thudding/banging from neighbours, loud TVs/music or slamming doors.

The room/flat/space would be for myself & my partner (female & male), we're in our 30's, clean, quiet, considerate & friendly. We're really looking for a peaceful living environment & will generally be busy with life & keep to ourselves but are friendly/social too.

With regards to budget/rent we're open to offers & can negotiate so please contact me if you think you have somewhere that is quiet & suits our requirements.

Neither of us are smokers so don't want to live in a smoke-filled home but aren't bothered about vaping or if someone wishes to smoke somewhere that won't fill the space. We don't have any pets & unfortunately I'm allergic to cats.

Open to any unusual accommodation/spaces too - as long as they're suitable to sleep in.
