I've recently found myself in a difficult position and I am in somewhat desperate need for a 1 or 2 bedroom home to rent. I can pay £400 per month and can provide any character refs and probably a ref from my current landlord. I'm permanently employed and work 30 hours per week. Would be 40 but mental health issues make it difficult enough to keep a 3o hour per week job.
