The monthly garage rent is £45.00 per calendar month
£150.00 refundable deposit is required at the start of tenancy.

- Signed tenancy agreement is required to secure the garage
- Minimum term of six months
- One full months’ notice to cancel (after six months)
- Monthly rent must be paid by Bank Standing Order on the first day of any given month.
- Garage use is for cars/trailers etc (storage of other items at users own risk)
- NO Electricity
- Access is 24 hours however must be courteous to surrounding residents.

Internal viewings are not available due to sites being available nationwide. However, we do recommend you carry out your own external inspection of the garage/site to check it is suitable for your requirements before entering a tenancy agreement.
