We have available space in our beautiful, large and quiet creative studio. Suitable for professionals with a desk based practice. Currently we are a mix of graphic designers and writers.

Our space and the desks are huge compared to most "hot desk" spaces and you will have ample of storage and shelves for your books, plants etc. We are never more than four creatives in this fantastic space, it is a studio where some of us have been for many years. We are community!

The fantastic Maya's Bakehouse and Il Sovrano are just across the road, so you won't have to walk far to get the best coffee and definitely best sourdough bread in London.

Dedicated desk space with its own desk, ample of space and shelving is £250/month + bills.

The building has a communal fully fitted kitchen, toilet and a small outdoor space, fibre optic broadband and bi-monthly cleaners. You’ll have 24h access to the space. There is space to keep bikes inside the studio. Find us on instagram @brockwellstudios
