I have a very large fully furnished one bedroom flat in Covent Garden (that is so large I use it as a two bedroom flat) that I would like to swap for a one or two bedroom council or housing association flat in Soho, Covent Garden, China Town, Trafalgar Square or somewhere else similarly central.


If you have a secure or assured tenancy and are up to date with your rent, then you will be allowed to swap, in a mutual exchange.


Whatever the state of your flat, I will be happy to leave all my furniture, like the two kingsize beds, two sofas, new washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave/grill/oven, dining table, tulip chairs, large wall mirrors, mirrored bathroom cabinets, wall art, plants, TV, Muji drawers, Habitat shoe storage, cordless vacuum, kitchen equipment, lamps, phone line, wifi and everything else in place, right down to the money plant on the table for the right swap - so it will be a hassle-free move for you - I also have a zipvan membership, tools and a trolley, so can help you move your things in if necessary.


This flat is on the fourth floor of a historic Peabody Trust building, with a lift. The flat has white solid wood floors in the bedroom, lounge and hall, a P shaped shower and bath, lots of storage - and the central heating is included for free in the rent.


The rent is £160 per week.


The neighbours are VERY nice. I’ve lived here for 19 years, and just fancy a change.
