This is a very large 3 bedroom in a converted property in a Victorian house set over 3 floors. There are 36 internal stairs. Most of the houses on my road are split into 3 flats so that’s why mine is much larger.
I've grown up in this area and it is perfect for bringing up children and has great transport links including Crouch hill over head station. My home has 3 very large bedrooms that can all fit kingsize beds with new kitchen, new boiler ,flooring and carpet throughout, just had new double glazed windows and a new door installed.Large living room that just been decorated to a high standard with high ceilings in every room and would make someone a great home. This property has potential to expand. Local Amenities Bus stop, Shops, Doctors' surgery or health centre, Primary school, Secondary school, Pub or social club This is a street property with ground floor access but has a 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. I need 4 bedroom as I have an autistic child who needs their own room.
Some adaptations would be great but I have my own aids and could get new ones done. I need a 4 bedroom and a garden would be great as I spend a lot of time at home but it’s not essential. I will consider most areas but it depends on the property and pets must be allowed. My property is very spacious and is suitable for a big family. I'm willing to give up the space but only for something that is suitable for my family. I can only consider a minimum of 3 bedrooms if there is an option to convert to 3 eg dining room.
