Building features: - Ground floor with mezzanine level - 24 hour access with loading bay - Off street parking - Office Space - Storage space - 5* Food hygiene rating Kitchen features: - Walk-in fridge - Stainless steel benches - Front loading dishwasher - Dry storage shelves - Extraction fan - Induction stoves (no gas) - Gastro trays, plastic containers, chopping boards, pots, pans and other general kitchen equipment - Three phase electrical supply You get x2 prep benches, x9 ambient storage shelves and x3 shelves inside the walk-in fridge. Ideally we are looking for a full-time tenant but also open to short-term contracts. Our kitchen is not suitable for delivery apps such as Deliver, Just Eats etc. Please call for more info and to arrange a viewing.
