I have two double bedroomed semi-detached house in Dunfermline. Downstairs W.C, large kitchen and lounge.
Upstairs two double bedrooms, bath and shower room. Plenty cupboard space. Parking.
Private enclosed back garden. GCH.
Housing Association. Lovely quiet area. Five minutes to town. All local amenities.
WANTED - MOST IMPORTANT IS CENTRAL LOCATION. Central area of Edinburgh. Preferably first floor flat but ground floor flat will also be considered. Must have spacious rooms. No high-rise. Not bothered re decor as I will obviously decorate to suit etc.
