I would like a kitchen like mine that is big enough to have a dishwasher as well as washing machine.

I have a beautiful huge Victorian maisonette with own section of garden on a quiet road in trendy Dalston E8 lots of restaurants and things to do on your doorstep.

It feels like a house as is on 2.5 levels and has own front door and own back door leading to spiral staircase down to own section of garden which I have worked very hard on and has huge Passion flower, roses and gets sun most of the day. The garden (5.5m x 7.5m) is very peaceful and tranquil, an oasis in the heart of a vibrant area of London.

The kitchen is large (3m x 2.5m) with room for American style fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and a lovely view of the garden.

The livingroom is massive (5m x 4m) with room for a huge U shape sofa, beautiful quality wood flooring, high ceilings and double glazing with views of the quiet road with period properties.

New radiators installed, new skylight in the hallway lift is fully insulated whole property recently refurbished with new flooring and luxury deep pile carpeting in bedrooms, new bathroom and kitchen taps and sinks, freshly painted spiral staircase, front door, back door, gate and entrance.

My landlord (Peabody) allow under occupancy by 1 room and will let you rent the 2nd bedroom out at full market rent to a long term lodger.

Bedroom 1 is 4m x 4m and bedroom 2 is 3.5m x 3m. Bedroom 1 has huge storage cupboard 4m x 1m and bedroom 2 has a small inbuilt cupboard I have had a pole installed to hang clothes. There is also a huge cupboard in the hall by the bedrooms which is used as a double wardrobe with inbuilt lighting.
