This property has a toilet on both the ground floor and upstairs. Has two large bedrooms and a box room. A large kitchen with a dining table. The living room leads to a beautiful garden. Opposite, kings heath station is almost completely finished construction, with quick links to Longbridge and the city centre. In exchange, ideally I am looking for a 3 bedroom council property either in kings heath, Stirchley or surrounding areas. I am happy to accommodate for aids and adaptions, such as a stairlift or moving costs for a smooth exchange.
