This is a big, high-ceilinged 1st floor flat in Southville, Bristol. There's a very big lounge, a separate & good sized kitchen, a bathroom with a bath & shower and a double-bed bedroom. The flat is about a minute's walk from Wapping Wharf, Cargo 1 & 2 and all the bars, galleries & restaurants around the harbour. The Tobacco Factory, the North Street shops, ASDA, ALDI and the rest of Southville & Bedminster are just as close. We're mainly looking for two-bed places but we'll certainly look at good, big, one-beds, too. We'd welcome enquiries from anywhere in the UK. Possible swappers are more than welcome to come and look at our place. We're ready to move right now if you are and we're happy to talk about multi-swaps. The rent here is about £96 a week & the Council Tax is about £120 a month on top for a couple. Neighbours are fine and the housing association is Brighter Places. No big pets here, unfortunately! |
