House wanted to rent in South Cumbria & surrounding area

I'm a single male and own an established business, I also work for various local charities as a volunteer, non smoker with one very small well behaved cat, I'm looking for a property to rent with a minimum of 2 bedrooms in a small village, hamlet or a remote location within the area of South Cumbria, Including 10 miles into North Lancashire and Yorkshire

I'm not expecting a perfect property as I'm more than capable of making a house into a welcoming home. Over the years I have gained more than 40 years experience of renting, repairing and renovating old properties including National Trust Properties, I was trained to a very high standard in property repairs and renovations and I have never missed one rent or utility payment

For the last 9 years I have been renting a house in North Cumbria and due to demographics and to reduce travelling time I'm relocating to expand my existing business and open an additional business in the Lake District

I'm available to move with a minimum of 2 weeks notice for the tenancy to start from the 1st of the month
