I have a 3 bed eot house on the outskirts of Bath. Kitchen/diner (new in 2019), good sized living room (that we are using as a bedroom), downstairs loo, upstairs bathroom (new in 2021). Secure back garden and large front garden.

Sainsburys Supermarket, gp surgery, secondary school, primary school, SEND school, all within 5 minutes walk. Bus to Bath city centre 8 minutes walk away. We are next to a field,very useful for playing outside or walking dogs. Lots of amazing walks nearby for dogs or hikers.

2 parking spaces included with this house, but there is also on street parking.

Neighbours are very friendly and many have lived here since these houses were built 27 years ago.

We are reluctant to move, but need a bigger home for our growing family. I am sleeping in the living room with my disabled teenage son. We are up to try a multiswap. Especially interested in the West Country or North Scotland but will consider anywhere especially rural. If you have a 5 bedroom property or bigger, I'll definitely swap!
