Serious swapper! Ready to move!

3 bedroom semi detached house in quiet area in Littlemore/Rose Hill, Oxford. £598 a month rent, Oxford City Council, council tax band B. Separate dining room used as a 4th bedroom, upstairs bathroom and downstairs wet room which has recently had a new shower fitted, and new flooring, with toilet. It’s also just been painted in the last month, as is the kitchen. Front and back garden, large living room and open plan kitchen. House needs some decorating in the other rooms,and gardens need some tlc which I am unable to do because of disabilities.

Looking for a 4 bed, or 3 bedroom house with separate dining room and garden. Must have a garden. Most areas in Oxford considered. Open to multi swaps.
