I have a 3 Bedroom (2 large double, 1 single), 1st floor maisonette with 2 balconies on Barnsbury Estate N1.
The Estate is undergoing redevelopment in the next couple of years - to be given a brand new flat plus a disruption payment from Landlord.

Needing 4 bedroom or 3 (double) bedroom. Open to areas for right property.
