I have a good size 3 bed house in the outskirts of swanley. I have on street parking and a fairly good size front and back garden. I have 2 double bedrooms and a smaller 3rd bedroom. Upstairs I have a separate toilet and bathroom aswell. Downstairs I have a fairly large front room with windows both at front and rear of room. I have a good size kitchen which was all put in brand new last year. The house has all been white washed before I moved in last year too. I do have more photos of my home on request. I am situated close to train station bus stops with links to Sidcup and eltham. I am of close distance to swanley interchange with access to m25/m20 and a20 into London. I am in close distance to doctors pharmacy’s and supermarkets aswell as good primary and secondary schools and a newly refurbed leisure centre and gym. Also within walking distance to swanley park (new barn park) I am looking for a 2 bed house or bungalow between here and sheppey. I would prefer sheerness but I’m NOT looking for sittingbourne as that is an area I cannot go to. I will consider most other areas but will only consider 2 beds.
