The property has been modified (bizarrely) for wheelchair living, but is eminently suitable for an active couple + dogs. It features an extended bedroom which comfortably accepts a double bed, an enormous wardrobe, two chests of drawers and a dressing table. Kitchen is small rectangular. Wet room with large walk in shower and toilet with bidet( nothing to beat a warm wash and blow dry for your bottom). Large lounge with wood burning stove. Heating is electric off peak storage.
Outside, a small mature garden to front and rear a large mature garden with drying area, 10'x6' shed, small sheltered grassy area with rocking chair and gravelled/woodchipped area for dogs to muck about and small pond. wood store. Property is due a £4,000 external wall insulation upgrade in 2025. It is on the main road, but 6' above street level.
