The area has 24hour Tesco, hospital, lots of restaurants and takeaways. And a good atmosphere it is lively and isn’t far from ilford town centre and Romford town centre. Goodmayes overground railway services is Elizabeth line and has frequent service to central London and Heathrow airport. The room price includes council tax, water and WiFi charges. The electricity and gas bill be shared equally with the other rooms. Look forward to hearing from you soon, the room will suit 1 or 2 girls. As there is other girls living in the flat already. There is no mouse in the flat and is presented in excellent condition. And must have jobs. Gas and electric safety cert and EPC cert I am not an agent, I am the landlord.
