Overlooked by nearby properties and access available 24/7, the garage is situated in a nice and quiet residential neighbourhood. There is no electricity / water to the garage and is for storage use only. The Garage has been re-pointed and painted recently and had a new roof / door installed. Deposit of £250.00 required which is fully refunded once the garage is returned empty with keys. Minimum term 12 months. Price £28.00 per week (no VAT) payable in advance either quarterly, six monthly or annually by standing order. Unfortunately we don’t offer internal viewings of the garages, however we do recommend that you visit the site prior to ensure that you are happy with the site access and location. Garage measures: - Width: 8ft 2 - Depth: 16ft Total space available: 128ft² (approx.) per garage
