I have a 1 bed NCC property located just off the avenues near the UEA, I've recently had a boiler upgrade and a kitchen upgrade too, there's plenty of storage space including a 7 ft locable spacious external cupboard, also cupboard under the meter cupboard, and 2 spacious cupboards inside the property, and you get a brick shed too. The place will need some standard TLC (paint + new carpets ect) not alot really.

The property is a 10 minute walk from colman road shops, 5 minute walk from either Eaton Park or Earlham Park
The neighbours are lovely, the pubs are good, bus stop is 2 minutes round the corner, or if its a nice day and you fancied a walk to the city, its just a half hour walk with some nice scenery down as you walk down the avenues.

I'm looking to move towards heartsease/Plumstead area as its closer for me to get to work, as well as being closer to family and friends but open to other areas
