Fantastic City Center apartment with fantastic views to rent. Chamonix is fantastic for hiking, biking, mountain climbing, paragliding, golf and basically any outdoor activity and not just Skiing.

What I offer is an apartment that is two minutes from the town center so if you fancy a night out or a need a pint of milk late at night you have a two minute walk to a supermarket which is open!!!. There´s a money back guarantee if you are not happy with our location. The apartment is not huge (studio)but very compact what we don't have in size we have in top of the range utilities and electrical things and are constantly upgrading everything and most of ALL LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.There is NEW TILED FLOORS, a New double sofa bed in the main room, on 1 and 2 single beds in the hall separated by a door for privacy and with this its ideal for 2 but you can have up to 4 people (If you are 4 people £125- £150 pounds each for a weeks accommodation is extremely good value especially in Chamonix Mont Blanc but remember you are there to ski, do things etc etc not laze about the apartment all day). The apartment has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, brand new oven, new Induction Hob and microwave there is a BRAND NEW bathroom, new duvets and pillows, there´s a flat screen digital TV with Chrome caste set up for you to caste any apps you have and USB stick so download any films etc and watch them direct via the TV USB socket also HDMI DVD and a selection of DVD films and a PS 3 games consuls also a hard drive loaded up with films to just plug in and play, I phone 5,6 and 7 docking port, back gammon and chess. The balcony has been newly tiled offering the chance of outdoor eating in the summer months (We have an electric and grill) with spectacular views also a brand new tiled floor.

There is a fire extinguisher under the sink and a smoke detector fitted for added safety.

If you decide to rent our place we need to have a deposit and confirmation as soon as possible.

Our address is in Chamonix town center and not miles away out in the valley which is nearly impossible to get the bus or taxi late at night and if you do extremely expensive.

We have dates available all through the Year so please check out the events and activities in the Chamonix area. The hiking,biking and climbing is amazing in the Spring,Summer and Autumn.

Taking bookings for Skiing 2024/25 season Special offers available just ask. From the second you book help given for all your needs i.e. Lift cards,ski hire and bus transfers . Important please read the whole advert so no misunderstandings about bed linen and towels for short stays I do not supply these so I ask you to take your own or they can be rented for a small fee which will cover washing and drying and paying somebody to do it. Please write the correct number of people staying, because if you turn up with more people than you said you may be refused entry. Thanks Steve
