Freelance musician, looking for comfortable and well appointed music rehearsal / recording space.

I am a drummer and music producer.
I am looking for a suitable space to use as a permanent studio for recording and rehearsing drums. This would be for my own personal use and not as a rehearsal studio for other musicians.

I live in Elsfield and so the ideal space would be within 30 mins drive, either in the country or in the city.

Please bear in mind that drums are loud, and although it is possible to reduce external noise through acoustic treatment, it is not possible to eliminate it.

From experience, the best spaces are usually stone buildings that already have a relatively good level of insulation, small windows and the potential to install modest sound proofing measures.
