Its 5 mins walk to barking riverside train station and one min walk to EL1 and EL3 bus stop.

The room comes furnished... all kitchen utensils are installed such as fridge, microwave, cooking hob, kettle, toaster and huge cabinet for groceries and built in wardrobe

Room has a study table and chair and comes with a single bed

There is no sink in the room so the tenant would use the sink in main kitchen...

The laundry area is separate

Toilet would be shared with only one person (the live in land lady)

Minimum tenancy 6 months

Only muslim women please.. because pork and alcohol would be forbidden to use in the flat
