We have two deskspaces available. One is on the two person round oak table in photos 4, 5 & 6 (£180 pcm). The other one is the end of the two person glass desk closest to the camera in photo 7, 8 & 9 (£225 pcm).

Price includes everything; gas, electric, rates, cleaner & 150mb fibre broadband. Terms are 1 month deposit and 1 month in advance ongoing by standing order. 2 months minimum notice to quit.

There's a kitchen, central heating and WC (unlike other studios in the Yard where they only have an outside loo and a fan heater!)

We’re right on the edge of the Elephant & Castle development zone, with loads of new bars and restaurants. The Electric Elephant cafe is literally next door plus also pubs and restaurants a few minutes away.

There's great transport links from Kennington (1 stop from Waterloo) and Elephant & Castle tube stations and Elephant & Castle Thames Link overground station - all less than a 5 minute walk, plus numerous bus routes to just about anywhere in London.

The Yards are a unique community of small businesses; we’re looking for like-minded people; others working in the studio include; illustrators, graphic artists, photographers, designers, film-makers and architects. We're creatives not corporates. There's a BBQ for summer and a pool table for evenings.
