This offer applies to long-term winter lets between November and March for up to 4 people sharing. For stays of 8 weeks or more, the price is £225.00 per week and for stays of between 4 and 7 weeks, the price is £255.00 per week. The cost per week is for the villa, not per person and includes all utility bills.

Paradise Villa is fully air-conditioned, tastefully presented and equipped to a very high standard. Each room has been simply furnished to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

The property is south facing for all day sun, spectacular sunsets and maximum sunshine during the winter months. One of the best features of the villa is the position of the pool, which is less than 10m from the lounge and in direct view from the patio, which is ideal for children.

The accommodation is arranged over three floors, making it ideal for families holidaying with grandparents, or two or three couples enjoying a holiday together. The second floor has its own secluded roof terrace for private sunbathing, which overlooks the pool and gardens, with views across the surrounding countryside towards the sea.

This is a child-friendly, relaxing and comfortable property, ideal for a fun, family holiday or a quiet peaceful escape for discerning couples.

The nearest airport is Paphos Airport, which is only 15km (9 miles) from the villa and the journey from the airport to the villa takes less than 20 minutes. Larnaca Airport is approximately 142km (88 miles) away and the transfer time is about an hour and a half. Getting to the villa from the airport is simple and straightforward. You can hire a car or pick up a taxi from the airport. Driving in Cyprus is on the left-hand side as in the UK and detailed driving instructions and maps will be provided. Our property manager in Paphos will be on hand in case you have any problems or questions during your stay.
