Arbeit Studios is a Creative workspace and Artist Studios provider with sites across London.
We have 1 unit/s available at our site in Trowbridge, E9.

Unit F1 is 145 Sqft is located on the first floor (there is stair only access to 1st floor).
£480 Per Month, excluding service charges and utilities.
The Unit is has natural lighting and the site has a community garden, onsite cafe and fitness centre.
We required a deposit equal to 2 months' rent
Service Charges include cleaning of communal areas, waste management and Wi-Fi. There is also access to a kitchenette area with tea and coffee making facilities.
