Our studio is at the top of the Star Brewery studios building in Lewes, next to the Lewes Arms pub. BN7 1YJ.

It's one of the nicest, lightest studio spaces in Lewes. The space is double height with a clerestory so great daylight. There are 5 spaces in the studio altogether. Four are currently on long term lets to friendly artists / designers and an architect.

We have one desk space that has recently become available. It's very quirky, up a ladder, with 2 tables and fantastic views across the rooftops and down into the studio below. Perfect for writers, thinkers, artists.

The studio is accessible 24/7. Fast broadband and heating included. There may be an option to share the space with a previous occupant, who'd like to come in one day a week.
