This caravan is on a quiet and secluded side close to the beach approximate 5 minutes walk, local bars and restaurants, close to a North Shore Golf Club also nearby is Butlins Resort, there is also The Boat house which does Karaoke most night's which is open until 01:00 am.,Then there is the Beachcomber that does Entertainment most weekends, then The Lookout that does Entertainment for children on a Friday and Bingo on a Tuesday, Thursday,and a Sunday night's and on a Sunday dinner.

Living Room - beautiful space with double door access to outside decking area, amazing ; TV, DVD Player, circulating / revolving fan, L shape sofa, free standing chair, central heating, electric fire, smoke alarm.

Kitchen and Dinning Room - Equipped with gas cooker, fridge, freezer, toaster, ice maker, cutlery, pots and pans, iron and ironing board, hover, mop and bucket, carbon monoxide detector and filtered jug, table and four chairs.

Twin Bedded Room: two single beds, a wardrobe, overhead storage.

Master Suite: Double bed, overhead storage, side tables, vanity mirror and stool, en-suite, toilet, basin, walk in wardrobe.

Toilet and Bathroom: A main toilet, basin, bath with overhead shower and shower screen.

There is a local bus service for Skegness, Ingoldmells, Fantasy Island, Chapel St Leonards, Sutton on Sea, Mablethorpe.

We will except banks transfer or cheques

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking this will be a held security deposit and will return when the van is checked and deemed okay, to ensure there are no breakages or damages. All breakages and / or damage are subjective and may require further payment.

The total payment need to be made four weeks prior to your holiday.
