A beautifully presented unique timber framed bungalow has availability for Winter bookings,various dates available from November 4th 2024 to February 20th 2025, minimum 3 night stay. Sleeping 6 people in total with a Superking (or 2 x twins option),King and Double beds all ensuite......the double option is in the Garden Annexe which is next to but not attached to the main house. The cottage has been recently renovated so has all modern conveniences in a peaceful rural setting on the hill above Crackington Haven beach which is a 5 minute drive away. Bed linen and towels for use in house provided and parking for 2 cars available. Please note the cottage is no smoking and does not accept pets. There are deep steps up to the various patio doors so would not suit everyone and there is no electric vehicle charging on site.

Various dates for 'minimum' 3 night Winter Breaks are still available so please contact me for specific dates but the example given here gives an idea of price for a 3 night stay .Bookings are subject to a non refundable £30 holding deposit with full payment before occupancy.
