We are building a number of studios to order that would suit Artists and other creatives looking for a space to work from and store equipment.

Prices are as follows:

Xsmall 1.8x3.4m £325 pcm
Small 2.2x3.4m £450 pcm
Medium 3.4x3.4m £550 pcm
Large 4.6x3.4m £700 pcm
X Large 4.5x4.5m £800 pcm

The studios are based in a warehouse in Manor House a short walk from the tube. The other floors in the building are already home to bands, producers and other creatives so it's a strong community for music and creativity.

We take a 1.6 x deposit and a one off £60 admin fee. All bills and wifi are included

Minimum hire term is one month, there is also a one month notice period should you wish to move on. We have large discounts available for hire paid in advance:

3 months in advance 10% off
6 months in advance 15% off
12 months in advance 25% off
36 months in advance with 50% off
