Introducing an emerging multidisciplinary artistic community situated in the heart of the Haringey Warehouse District. This is an artist-led project from a team of highly experienced professionals ranging from designers, producers, multidisciplinary artists, technicians and entrepreneurs.

The configuration of our specialities means we have the resources, infrastructure and capabilities to facilitate and support a wide range of creative businesses and producers, from emerging to established practitioners and organisations.

Housed in a 11,590 sq ft former factory, the space has been thoughtfully renovated into 35 high quality studio spaces with varying amenities in each that feed into a double height concrete central courtyard over two floors, an outdoor terrace and garden space that will offer further amenities (upcoming).

The studios are suitable for sharing or for solo use, integrating social space with diverse creativity. The long open courtyard area (with double-height ceilings) will be suitable for large-scale installations as well as stock deliveries that feed a drive through area that can directly enter the centre of the main communal space.

We are keen to appeal to creative businesses, artists, designers, creators and doers who share similar values, with particular interest in organisations that understand the need for new alternative custom-made spaces and communities. Experimental media defines all our practices to date and we are striving to build a community with an interest in cross-industry/disciplinary artistic facilitation, collaboration, new forms of technology, architecture, design and production. The communal and chill out areas are comfy and have sofas, as well as inclusive all gender toilet facilities and a high quality shower . Retail businesses that can help support the surrounding district are also of high interest and the space will lend itself well for this usage too.
