Since its inception, FOLD's focus has been on building an institution that is underpinned by challenging music and artistry, shared elevated experiences and community.

We are further expanding our creative ecosystem curating an exciting new mix of residents that will be housed under our roof.

This is an opportunity for you to become one of our new residents in our 35 fully sound proofed studios on FOLD's ground floor alongside other exceptional emergent and established artists. Studios come with floating floors, double door entry system, room within room constructions as standard and are fully enclosed away from our performance space.


We are open to producers, digital and AV creators, designers, coders, live performers, DJs and more. Enquire within and tell us about your art or craft (add hyperlink)***

Studios are available in two different size options and are co-inhabitable (subject to agreement with FOLD). Flexible or fixed term contracts are available.


Rental prices are all inclusive with a minimum of a one month occupancy term:
