A beautiful W1 Victorian mansion block in Westminster in Fitzrovia/Marylebone area. Second floor flat with no lift.

I am open to 3 way exchanges. Housing association will allow under occupancy by one bedroom.

3bedrooms - one king and 2 singles. A large living room and kitchen that fits a 6 seater table.
It's a safe and vibrant area with many transport links, good schools (Marylebone Girls 8mins walk, St Georges primary 20 mins walk away), and 2 royal parks. The resident parking i excellent. Please note I am on the second floor with no lift.

The area is called 'the village' by locals as it has a very friendly feel even though you are right in the middle of central London. Its' a safe and vibrant area with many transport links (8 tube lines!), good schools (Marylebone Girls and St Vincents) and 2 royal parks withing easy walking distance( 5mins to Regents and 20mins to Hyde park).
I am looking for similar ideally period property or a 2 /3 double bed flat/ house with a garden.
