I have 3 children ages 9, 11 and 14, no pets and a non smoker. I’m currently living with my estranged husband and am desperately seeking a place for myself and my children. I would not pass a credit check and I don’t have a guarantor either. I have however rented via Cheltenham borough homes successfully as their tenant. I have no other renting history as I’ve always lived with my partners.
I would have the rent and deposit and then universal credits will pay my rent as I cannot be benefit capped.
I desperately need someone to give me this chance.
